Refund and Returns Policy


Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, the functional version of the purchased software must not be downloaded.

So if you have only downloaded the purchased software installer plugin or you only have downloaded and installed the purchased software installer plugin without have downloaded a functional version of purchased software ( functional version of purchased software >= 1.0.0 ).
Then, we can proceed a full refund for you.

To complete your return, we need only an email from your email address and the purchased software installer plugin as an attachment to this email.


If you meet the above criteria and email me your request for the refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If the software was marked as a gift when purchased, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return and a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
